Chris Helin, Vice President Lovitt & Touche

Chris has been an Employee Benefits Consultant for almost 29 years with Lovitt & Touché, now a Marsh McClennan Agency. She works with CEO’s CFO’s and Executive Human Resource Professionals to drive the development of long-term strategic direction for their Employee Benefit Plans. As a partner with these entities, she also works to preserve and promote the culture of the organization.

Chris believes that any long-term cost goals for the Employee Benefits Program should incorporate the business strategies, be concerned with attracting and retaining quality employees, incorporate wellness, and include cutting edge cost control strategies. Doing so will optimize the potential for their employee benefits program to contribute to the organizational culture in a positive way. She sees often that the top-level message to employees about their Employee Benefits will either reinforce or work against the employee value proposition, and should be carefully crafted.
